What are the working hours of the Culture Center?
Administration working hours:
I-IV 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., V 8:00 a.m.-3:45 p.m.
Lunch break 12.00–12.45
Cashier opening hours:
I-V 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
VI-VII 1 hour before the event.

Is it possible to pay by card at the Culture Center cash desk?
Yes, you can pay by card at the cash desk.

Is it possible to leave a bicycle next to the Culture Center?
Yes, there are bicycle storage facilities near the Culture Center. The visitor must take care of the lock himself.

How to book an educational session?
You can book an educational session by phone. +370 678 53 171, also in the Culture Passport system. The activities are carried out at the Culture Center or at your institution. The list of educational activities is here: https://www.siauliukc.lt/educational-activities/   

Can people with mobility disabilities visit the Culture Center?
Yes, the infrastructure of the building is adapted for disabled persons. There are two ramps and a lift to access the Šiauliai Cultural Center, and there are two elevators inside that can be used to access all rooms. The chamber hall is equipped with a lift-stairs, which the disabled can use to access the stage.

Does the Culture Center have a separate room for feeding/changing the baby?
Yes, the Culture Center has rooms where you can change the baby.
