Following the renovation of Šiauliai Culture Centre and in order to improve the accessibility of the provided cultural services, the infrastructure of the building has been adapted for people with disabilities. Two ramps and a lift have been installed to access the Šiauliai Culture Centre, two elevators have been installed inside, which can be used to reach all the premises. The Chamber Hall is equipped with a lift-stairs, which allow the disabled to enter the stage.

When possible, people with disabilities have the opportunity to get discounts on tickets to events (concerts, performances, etc.) organized by Šiauliai Culture Centre.

Rėkyva Cultural House of Šiauliai Cultural Centre is also convenient for the people with disabilities to attend events.
