Educational activity “Friendship of clay and glass”

The education activity is designed to spend time creatively developing artistic skills. During the education participants will be able to know a ceramic history, they can see an exposition of ceramic works, that is in “Amatų dirbtuvės”. They also will glue a unique article, which will be decorated with pieces of polished, crushed glass, which will melt and cover the clay articles with various patterns and textures. The works will be burning in the kiln, glazing and after a week you can take it to your home.

Duration: 1‒1.5 hours
Classes take place with a group of at least 5 participants. We adapt the educational activity according to the age of the group of participants.

Price per person in Šiauliai culture centre: 6 Eur (per adult), with discount 3 Eur
The price includes all tools and work combustion.
